What’s your ideal Friday night out?
I’m happy going anywhere, as long as it’s with great company, but I do love a good rooftop bar. Alternatively, a night at home dancing in the kitchen with my Mum to some old school music like Marvin Gaye or John Legend is always fun.
What grinds your gears?
My older brother telling me off; he always thinks he’s right!
Who/what is your inspiration?
My Mum. She’s such a power woman; she’s a Head Teacher at a primary school and nothing ever gets to her, which is something I admire and learn from.
Describe your style in three words:
Very-chuck-on..? I guess what I mean by that is that I just throw on whatever I find that I like at that point in time!
What’s life like as a presenter?
Fun! You never really know what’s coming next. You can find out the night before if you’re getting a presenting job. Often, you get emails and think “really…me?!” It’s the sort of job that when your Dad asks “how’s work?” you just reply with “don’t ask!”
If you could wear one outfit for the rest of your life, what would it be?
An old jumper of my Mum’s and jeans – not sure where the jumper is from, but it’s such a comfy staple winter item, and it of course reminds me of my Mum. I usually based my outfits on the cut of my jeans, which I wear a lot.
If you could interview anyone, dead or alive, who would it be?
Beyonce, Alan Sugar (and I’d purposely make it awkward) and Ray Charles.
If you could be successful in another profession, what would it be?
I’m not sure, there never really was another option for me so I’ve never thought about it, this is always what I wanted!
If you could go back to any stage in your life, where would it be?
I’d go back to the age of five, six or seven. My brother and I did everything together then, whereas now it’s difficult because we both work and he lives abroad. He used to put me in the washing up basket whilst he played his video games, but I was pretty content being in there and I didn’t have a care in the world! I have fond memories of gymnastics from then as well.
What’s your favourite one-liner joke?
What kind of bees make milk? Boobies.
Winter or Summer?
Winter for sure.
What colour describes you best?
Orange. It’s vibrant and bubbly!
What’s your guilty pleasure?
It’s not really the guiltiest of pleasures, but Avocados and Coconut Oil…
